Hello Tribe!

A few weeks ago, I was in Vienna for a leadership training called All Europe EQUIP 15:16, where more than 100 people from across Europe came together. The theme of the conference was, Partnering and Pioneering. It was a very encouraging week for me personally, especially that I was at the point of facing a blank wall and all I could is to trust God will do what's best for the School of Worship in Finland. Towards the end of the week, I got a clear guidance of what to become of the school. God challenged me to step back and look at the bigger picture. And learn that to cancel a school doesn't mean I have failed. It sure was a humbling experience. It gave me opportunity to network and serve other schools in any way I can.

Another thing I'd like to share is something I've been, meditating from Nehemiah. The Israelites helped each other in rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem. I think that's what tribes mean. I feel that we as a tribe should not just look at our own school or ministry, but to see if other schools need help. How does that look like? I don't know. It could be, to send a staff of our own to other schools, challenge our SOW graduates to staff SOWs, or simply meet online with other school leaders and pray together. Let us not wait for the next SOW DNA before we get to encourage others. Personally, to get an email or a word of encouragement from others make me feel that I'm not alone in this tribe. Please don't get me wrong, I am not writing this out of my feelings towards my decision in cancelling our school in Finland. In fact, I am so thrilled with the doors of opportunity God opened up for me this summer. I am also looking forward to be part of the pioneering stage of the SOW in Sweden. Yay!!! So yeah, let's keep encouraging one another. Blessings!!!
